We also accept personal checks, cashier checks, and money orders (all payments must be cleared by the bank before your order is processed) payable to: John Hight (not aquatic dreamscapes) if you wish to expedite your order, you may Fedex, UPS or U.S. Postal your overnight payment to aquaticdreamscapes/att: John Hight at 2550 E Desert Inn Rd. #306, Las Vegas, NV 89160.

SHIPPING TERMS AND CHARGES:

In all instances, no product will be made or shipped until all payments have cleared the bank. A 20% shipping and handling fee will be added after initial purchase, for which we will contact you via email. There is an extra 20% charge to all shipments outside the continental United States, which include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and all international orders. All charges related to shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser. All international orders, which are included in the above statement, are subject to duty, taxes, customs all other expenses which are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All of these shipments are shipped to the nearest airport. The purchaser is responsible for pickup and delivery of said product.

REFUND/ RETURN POLICY:

All units are uniquely designed and made at the time of the purchase, therefore there will be no refunds. All sales and purchases are final.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

If your product is defective you must contact aquaticdreamscapes.com immediately, you will have five days from the date of delivery to contact us via email(salesinfo@aquaticdreamscapes.com) phone calls will not be accepted for an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization). Merchandise will be repaired or replaced at aquaticdreamscapes.com discretion. You must obtain an RMA number from aquaticdreamscapes.com prior to returning defective product. If an RMA has not been assigned, returned product will not be accepted. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging, unused, prepaid, insured for the full purchase price. Shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Retain all original packaging until repair or replacement is made with the above RMA number assigned.
